Steven S. Novick is the founder of the Novick & Company Financial Group, LLC. As a Financial Advisor, Steven represents individuals, small corporations and institutional investors. He has over 30 years of experience helping clients reach their financial goals. Prior to establishing Novick & Company Financial Group, LLC he was a member of the Chairman’s Club at his former firms Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber (UBS) and while at Merrill Lynch was a Win Smith Fellow, honoring his rapid achievement.

From 1989-1991 Steven worked on an institutional Real Estate portfolio, analyzing the acquisitions and their financing. Prior to that, Steven played professional lacrosse for one year. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of Arts and Sciences, both at the University of Pennsylvania. Steven currently lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and four children.

Tracy A. Simms is currently a Senior Client Administrative Manager, Partner, with Novick & Co. Financial Group at Steward Partners. She works closely with clients in respect to on-boarding and all their administrative needs. Tracy has worked with Steven Novick since 2015.

Tracy has been in the financial services for over thirty years. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990, she worked briefly in the Lloyds of London insurance market before joining JPMorgan in 1991 for over 16 years holding positions in both New York and London.
